As Breast Cancer Alliance commemorates it's 25th anniversary, it celebrates past accomplishments and sets priorities for the future. BCA's logo, three girls hand in hand, represents how communities across the United States must come together to fight this disease. It's colors vary to represent the diversity of patients impacted by breast cancer, including young and elderly, all races, all religions, and all genders: all those for whom BCA advocates.

“Is my child ready for Kindergarten?” Part 5 Articulation

What this all comes down to is that children in preschool and kindergarten are still developing articulation skills and will be making some completely typical or expected errors. What we, as parents and early childhood professionals, need is how to support children in their development and when and how to ask for more assistance from a speech language pathologist or the district special education committee when it seems that these errors may not be naturally self correcting.
