Sound Beach Fire ‘Turning TEAL’ for Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month

In honor of September and Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, the Sound Beach Fire Department in Old Greenwich will be “Turning TEAL” on Tuesday, Aug. 14 at dusk. The exterior of the building will be illuminated in teal colored lights and the Ovarian Cancer Awareness flag will be raised as the kick off to Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month proclaimed by First Selectman, Peter Tesei of Greenwich.
 
The Sound Beach Fire Department and team of Firefighters, will remain a symbolic cornerstone in the fight against Ovarian Cancer and T.E.A.L. (Tell Every Amazing Lady) awareness platform in Greenwich, throughout the month of September.
