HGTV’s dynamic design duo Jeanine Hays and Bryan Mason will speak on June 6 at a benefit held by Fairfield County’s Inner-City Foundation for Charity & Education. The benefit, “REMIX: Decorating with Culture, Objects & Soul,” is the charity’s fourth annual Ladies Luncheon at The Belle Haven Club, and will also feature speakers who have been affected by the charity’s work. Comedienne, story-teller and Greenwich resident Bonnie Levison will serve as master of ceremonies for the event. Proceeds provide critical funding for The Inner-City Foundation’s support of programs serving the neediest families and individuals in Fairfield County.
Hays and Mason are hosts of HGTV’s new design show Sneak Peek with AphroChic and are the creators of the hip, Brooklyn-based design firm and brand AphroChic, which has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, and Better Homes and Gardens. They are authors of the popular design book REMIX: Decorating with Culture, Objects & Soul, which will also be the topic of their talk. A book signing will be hosted by Diane’s Books of Greenwich during the event.
