On Sunday, Oct. 15 members and friends of the church celebrated 115 years of ministry in the Byram community. Reverend Benjamin Loos, pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church, preached on the theme of “rejoice always,” while retired pastor Ken Ballas assisted with the worship service. Also officiating at the service was Reverend Andy Dzurovcik, president of the SELC District, and Reverend Timothy Yeadon, president of the New England District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

Following the service, a celebration was held at Char restaurant where Mike Bocchino, Byram resident and State Representative who serves Greenwich’s 150th House District, read an official citation on behalf of the State of Connecticut.
