In the spirit of the season of giving, Greenwich Animal Control will be holding a Thanksgiving Open House Sunday, Nov. 13, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
With an abundance of dogs and other pet-hopefuls currently occupying the shelter, the good people at the Greenwich Animal Control are encouraging all animal lovers to come by for a visit to help raise awareness and, perhaps, provide a new home to an animal in need.
The event will include shelter tours, tables for kids to make their own Thanksgiving cards, and plenty of refreshments. Please consider stopping by as this is a great way to show your support for the shelter and all it does for the animals of Greenwich.
