Self Defense Class with Greenwich Police Department

Empower yourself with practical self-defense skills in a supportive environment! This class, led by the Greenwich Police Department, will cover a variety of essential techniques, including:

Using and creating space
Using your voice effectively
Simple moves to respond to specific situations, such as breaking a wrist grip
This class is free and open to all members of our community, including non-members.

Please wear comfortable, athletic-style clothing for ease of movement and safety.
