A Curated Myx will take place at Myx Fitness, 19 W. Elm St., Thursday, May 2 from 4 to 8 p.m. to support Wholesome Wave, a national nonprofit founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Michel Nischan.
Open to the public and free; attendees will have an opportunity to see the Myx Fitness Lab, a boutique studio and multipurpose event space, which hosts classes daily and showroom dedicated to the new Myx Fitness Home Studio. The event features a curated selection of emerging and established brands. Vendors include twelve brands including essential women’s and men’s ready-to-wear and sportswear designers, contemporary and vintage jewelry, beauty, accessories, art, artisanal Belgium chocolate, clean-organic wine and a holistic medical practice.
Guests will be able to sample locally-sourced gourmet items prepared by Myx Creative Kitchen’s Executive Chef Fausto Mieres and his staff. Throughout the afternoon, guests will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets to win A Curated Myx Basket containing $2,500 in goods and gift certificates for $5 per entry or; $20 for 6 entries and A Myx Bag for $250 which contains a selection of Myx Creative Kitchen items for the health-conscious eater and Myx Fitness gear and accessories to support Wholesome Wave.
