Kids In Crisis announces the launch of a new gift candle to help raise awareness and funding for the Agency’s vital 24/7 services for children.

Kids In Crisis has collaborated with several retailers to sell the candles which cost $20 – Ada’s Kitchen + Coffee (112 Riverside Ave.); Allura Salon and Day Spa (23 West Putnam Ave.); Back 40 Mercantile (264 Sound Beach Ave.); SPLURGE (9 Lewis St.); Trendsetters Salon (932 Hope St., Stamford) and Audrey Road (7 Bailey Ave., Ridgefield).

Sonia Malloy, Owner of SPLURGE, commented, “I am thrilled to collaborate with Kids In Crisis again. Their new candle is the perfect holiday gift for family, friends, teachers and business associates. Better yet, 100 percent of the net proceeds from each candle purchase supports Kids In Crisis’ vital services that help to ensure the well-being of children and our community.”

Shari Shapiro, Executive Director of Kids In Crisis, remarked, “We are very excited to launch our 40th Anniversary with a special candle which is a first look at our upcoming anniversary theme – “Building brighter tomorrows” – and appreciate the wonderful outpouring of support from our retail collaborators and others.”

Kids In Crisis’ mission is to ensure the well-being of children through vital 24 hour services. For additional information, please contact Kathryn Minckler at kminckler@kidsincrisis.org
