UPDATE: All Greenwich Police Department lines are now back in service

The Greenwich Police Department has announced that their non-emergency phone lines are currently out of service. Deputy Chief Mark Zuccerella confirmed the situation, stating that technicians are actively working on resolving the issue.

However, it is important to note that emergency communications are not affected. Residents can still reach the police department’s dispatch center at 203-622-8004 or, in the case of an emergency, dial 911 as usual.

At this time, there is no estimated time frame for when the non-emergency lines will be restored. The Police Department will keep the public informed with updates through their social media channels. Community members are advised to use the available emergency and dispatch numbers until further notice.
