Friday, May 26, eighth-graders at Western Middle School (WMS) came together to honor a former student Steven Sudell by holding the annual Steven Sudell Sprint. Jack Ryan hosted the event alongside Circle of Care.

The speeches centered around the new Greenwich-Stamford multi-use trail, an initiative that aims to link the two areas in a new way. The speakers covered everything about the trail - from its logistics to its goals, and how it would benefit the communities it will connect.
High school students Hanna Klingbeil and Sarah Trahanas held a panel event, Discourse for Democracy. The two asked questions regarding political polarization, ranked choice voting, and open primaries to politicians of CT.
Last Saturday, the spirit of New Orleans descended upon the town as more than 8,000 revelers came together at the 2023 Greenwich Town Party held at the picturesque waterfront Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in order to kick off the summer season in golden style.
The Byram Veterans Association held a memorial service at the Eugene Morlot Park on Sue Metz Way in Byram, CT. The park located just behind Byram School, honors 13 veterans who had been students there.Citizens of Greenwich attended in remembrance of the fallen.
