Greenwich Audubon Center will host a ‘Birding 101’ Workshop led by naturalist Ryan Maclean, on Saturday, April 15, 10:00am – 12:00pm.
During this introduction to Ornithology, and the tools and skills used to study birds, Maclean will provide guidance on the identification of birds by sight and sound. This workshop will also cover how to best use binoculars, guides, and online resources that help make birding fun. After a slide show introduction participants will take an outdoor tour of Audubon’s trails to use their skills in identifying birds in the wild.
