Friends of Greenwich Point is hosting two mindfulness classes at the Point in September. The first is Wednesday, September 21st and the second is Wednesday, September 28th. Each class is from 9:30 to 10:30AM.
A local mindfulness teacher will lead the class to help you more fully appreciate nature and to enjoy all the Point has to offer. You will learn a variety of introductory practices to befriend your breath, settle your mind, and pay better attention to the beauty and sounds of the Point.
Class is free, but each class is limited to only 15 people, only one class per person. Please sign up by responding to this email or emailing info@friendsofgreenwichpoint.org and indicating which date you prefer. The first 15 people to sign up per class will be able to attend.
