As part of an ongoing effort to strengthen the power grid and increase reliability, Eversource will be conducting aerial surveys of high-voltage lines in southwest Connecticut on Friday, June 19 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting.
This inspection involves the use of a helicopter flying over Eversource’s transmission line corridors to check for any emerging vegetation issues that may threaten electric reliability.
