The Melody Men, the musical outreach group of the Greenwich Retired Men’s Association, invite the community to attend their performance on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 1 p.m., at the Greenwich Senior Center, 299 Greenwich Ave.
The Melody Men first performed at the 1975 Annual RMA Dinner, and have been the Choral Community Outreach Group of the RMA ever since. The current Music Director is Tom Healy, assisted by Jerry Schwendeman as the Business Manager, and Bob Morgan is the Melody Men’s accompanist. The Group performs about 30 times during the Spring and Fall to senior audiences throughout Westchester and Fairfield Counties. The Melody Men are also very proud of singing the National Anthem at Citi Field before 2 Mets Games, and annually at the Greenwich Old Timers’ Dinner.
