Greenwich resident, Dr. Juan Rocca, Surgical Director, Kidney Transplant Program and Living Donor Program, Montefiore Einstein Center for Transplantation, received the El Award for his work in Liver, Kidney, Pancreas Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery. The event took place at the Grand Havana Room in New York City on Oct. 19.
The El Awards are given out annually by El Diaro to recognize achievements of Latino role models in the tri-state area.
