Mangold Music Foundation will host “Crewsday,” a fundraiser/mixer on Tuesday, Nov. 13 from 7 to 9 p.m., at Crew Restaurant. The evening will feature cocktails, appetizers and live music. There will also be a raffle for musical instruments and other prizes.
The mission of the Mangold Music Foundation (known as MMF) is to put guitars and ukuleles in the hands of hospitalized children and to create music programs in our community. This local nonprofit currently visits the Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital, Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Westchester and The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore. MMF also creates music programs for the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich and the Family & Children’s Agency in Norwalk.
Crew Restaurant is located at 280 Railroad Ave. No reservations are needed for this event, but all donations are appreciated.
