Show your support for the Jewish community this Friday, Nov. 2 at 7 pm., at Greenwich Reform Synagogue (GRS), during a special #ShowUpForShabbatService, inspired by the American Jewish Committee (AJC).
Jewish communities across the country – along with elected officials, religious and civic leaders, and others are called to flock to synagogues this Shabbat. The AJC initiative was launched in response to the horrific attack at Tree of Life Or L’Simcha Congregation in Pittsburgh.
In addition to Rabbi Jordie Gerson, speakers will include Reverend Maxwell Grant of Second Congregational Church, Congressman Jim Himes, and Greenwich Selectman Sandy Litvack.
