Thomas Cholnoky, a resident of Greenwich since 1949, passed away peacefully at his home on Sept. 26. He was born on Sept. 17, 1923 in Budapest, Hungary and attended The Piarist Secondary School, graduating with high honors and was a loyal Boy Scout. He attended the Technical University of Budapest and majored in Civil Engineering.
Thomas was predeceased by Dori, his beloved wife of 43 years. He is survived by his three children, Thomas Cholnoky (Regina), Marianne Kay and Lisa Cholnoky (Richard), and his grandchildren TJ, Ryan, Elisabeth and Alexander.
At the family’s request, funeral services will be private.
