Gary J. Ciccone of Greenwich, and formerly of Port Chester, N.Y., passed suddenly in his home on Jan. 29.
He is survived by his wife Maryanne (Sciandra) and his children Dayna Malchow, Kim and Brian Ciccone. He was a loving ‘Pop’ to Payton, Griffin and Braden Malchow and brother of Clifford, James and Ronald. Gary was beloved by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and colleagues.
He is predeceased by his parents Daniel and Elizabeth. Gary had recently retired from his employment at Combe, Inc.
He devoted much of his life to the service of the Greenwich Special Olympics. He will be remembered for the kindness and love he showed to all he encountered.
Calling hours were Feb. 2 at Castiglione Funereal Home, 544 Old Post Road #3 Greenwich. The funereal mass was Saturday, Feb. 3 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church Sherwood Ave. Greenwich. Internment followed at St. Mary’s Cementary Greenwich.
