Greenwich Hospital announced the appointment of the following physicians to its active medical staff, effective immediately.
Edra L. Stern, MD joins the Department of Internal Medicine. A graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Stern will treat patients at 44 West Putnam Ave, Suite 202. Dr. Stern resides in Stamford.
Miriam Harel, MD joins the Department of Surgery in the section of Pediatric Urology. Dr. Harel earned her medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine. The West Hartford resident will treat patients at the Pediatric Urology Associates at 1200 High Ridge Rd. in Stamford; 399 Farmington Ave. in Farmington; and 150 White Plains Road in Tarrytown, N.Y.
Ana P. Echeverri, MD, a resident of Port Chester, N.Y., joins the Department of Medicine. Dr. Echeverri earned her medical degree from the Technology Institute of Santo Domingo (Intec)/School of Medicine. She will treat patients at The Doctors Office, 31 River Rd., in Cos Cob.
Michael E. Chen, MD, a Stamford resident, joins the Department of Medicine in the section of Cardiology. Dr. Chen earned his medical degree at The University of Michigan. He will treat patients at Yale New Haven Hospital, 20 York St. in New Haven and Yale Cardiology at 800 Howard Ave. in New Haven.
