“That Poetry Guy” Ted Scheu, author of hundreds of fun and funny school, family and sports poems for kids, visited the International School at Dundee (ISD) in March. Scheu, author of six books, including Getting the Best of Me, I Froze My Mother and Now I Know My ZBCs, talked with students about the power of poems and the ways that they express their thoughts and ideas. He also helped students juggle and play with words to create their own poems.

About ISD:
The International School at Dundee was authorized in July of 2003 as an official International Baccalaureate school. ISD is one of only 181 IB Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) authorized schools in the US, and one of only a few elementary schools in Connecticut to receive the IBPYP accreditation. ISD offers programs for students from kindergarten through fifth grade. greenwichschools.org/international-school-at-dundee
