On Sunday, Sept. 18, Christ Church Greenwich will host its annual fall homecoming celebration, the Great Fall Festival on the lawn in front of the Tomes-Higgins House immediately following their 10 a.m. service.

Food trucks – the Local Meatball of Fairfield and College Creamery Ice Cream Truck – will be on hand to provide the food. A bouncy castle and slide will be set up for fun and games for children. The theme this year is a Treasure Hunt – all children will be given treasure maps to hunt for pirate treasure amongst the many Christ Church Greenwich offerings and ministry tables. There will be the opportunity to donate some time to service, learn about the Christ Church Greenwich Church School program and the Christ Church Greenwich Music program, which boasts six choirs for all ages, and the Confirmation curriculum. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to learn about the expanded Christ Church Bookstore, and to learn about the ecumenical Courage & Faith program which will host Bryan Stevenson Amy-Jill Levine, Rachel Held Evans and “Science Mike McHargue, among others.

All are welcome to attend and join in the celebration of fall and a new program year.
