Off-Beat Players to perform ‘High School Musical on Stage’

Off-Beat Players, Inc. (OBP), the Greenwich based theatre company devoted to teen and young adult performers with wide-ranging abilities and disabilities, will perform Disney’s smash hit High School Musical on Stage at the Arch Street Teen Center Wednesday, Aug. 3 through Saturday, Aug. 6 with the show beginning at 7:30 p.m.

High School Musical Book by David Simpatico; Songs by Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil; Ray Cham, Greg Cham and Andrew Seeley, Randy Petersen and Kevin Quinn; Bryan Louiselle; David N. Lawrence and Faye Greenberg; Jamie Houston. Music adapted, arranged and produced by Bryan Louiselle. Based on a Disney Channel original movie written by Peter Barsocchini.

Based in Greenwich, Off-Beat Players currently includes approximately 40 teens and young adults who come together each summer to produce a fully staged musical.

Tickets are available online at offbeatplayers.org, or at the door the evening of the performance.
