
Family Centers Health Care (FCHC), a new Federally Qualified Health Center located at Wilbur Peck Court, is now accepting appointments for primary medical and dental services.
Operated by Family Centers and staffed by nurse practitioners, dentists and other medical professionals, the clinic provides primary health care and dental services to children and adults living in Greenwich Public Housing communities and the surrounding neighborhoods.
A formal ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Monday, July 25 at 10 a.m.
Services at FCHC include: Treatment of illnesses and minor injuries, Management of chronic conditions, Physical exams, Immunizations, Dental exams and x-rays, Oral treatment planning, Restorative dentistry, Dental hygiene, Wellness and prevention services, Case management and much more.
FCHC serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Medicaid (Husky) and most commercial insurance plans are accepted. Spanish speaking staff are available onsite.

The clinic was built within formally vacant multi-purpose space at the public housing community after Family Centers received a Federal “New Access Points” grant in late 2015. Additional funding was provided by the TurningPoint Foundation and the Mark Family Foundation.
Geared to provide primary healthcare services to children and adults living in Greenwich Public Housing units, Section 8 housing and the surrounding neighborhoods, FCHC features three medical examination rooms and a full dental suite.
