First UMC Greenwich has recently launched a new Prayer Box Ministry for the collection of the prayers of the community. All are welcome, regardless of religious or church affiliation, to place their prayer requests in the Prayer Box located on the front lawn of the church. Prayer Boxes are also located at various locations around town. Prayer requests will be lifted up on Sunday mornings during 10:30 a.m. Worship, as well as at a 7 p.m. Prayer Service on the third Wednesday of each month.
