
It was an easy victory Wednesday afternoon for the Sacred Heart Greenwich lacrosse team, as they finished off Hopkins School 15-3.
Leading the way for Sacred Heart Greenwich was Grace Paletta, who outscored the entire Hopkins team and finished with four goals on the day. She also took home two assists. Haley Horn chimed in with two goals, two assists, three ground balls and four caused turnovers.
Ellie Manriquez added two goals, one assist and five draw controls, while Ryan Smith added two goals, one assist, five draw controls and three ground balls. Shannon Pyne also joined in with two goals scored.
In addition, both Sammy Clark and Grace Flannagan finished with one goal each, while Mae Briody took home one goal and three assists.
Claire Squire got on the scoresheet with one assist and CSH goalie Maddie McLane ended the day with four saves.
With the victory, Sacred Heart upped its overall record to 9-1 and will play undefeated Greenwich Academy Saturday and Greens Farms Academy Monday.
