In a hard-fought battle with Fairfield Warde High School, the Greenwich High School girls golf team came away with a victory to start the season 1-0.
For Big Red, Ashley Feighery finished with an GHS career low score of 4-over par 40. Not to be outdone was Tess Lamhaouar, as she carded a 10-over par 46. Gracie Sunoo took home a score of 48 and Amanda Yu finished with a 50.
For Warde, Emily Healy led her team with a 9-over par 45. Teammate Nadia Caputo ended the day second on the team with a 10-over par 46.
