On Feb. 17, Adam Bara, an International Exchange student from France, sponsored by The Rotary Club of Greenwich, presented a pictorial and personal perspective of his experiences since coming to the United States in August of 2015. Adam spoke during the Rotary lunch meeting at the Hyatt Regency.

Originally scheduled to attend Greenwich High School, Adam was welcomed at Weston High School to undertake his year of schooling. The Greenwich Rotary Club shares the cost of his stay in Connecticut. While residing in Connecticut, Adam resides in three different homes sponsored by local families, and along with other International Students attending schools in our area, is exposed to visits to local museums, New York Broadway shows, sports facilities, travels to cities such as Philadelphia.

Rotary Clubs around the world provide these opportunities and liaison in an effort to share cultures, educational experience and ideas in the efforts to promote peace and understanding.
