New healthy fast food restaurant, b.good, is offering a “pay-what-you-can” benefit night for Kids in Crisis on Thursday, Jan. 28, where food will be available for free when a donation of any amount is made to Kids in Crisis. The Cos Cob children’s shelter recently announced a cut in $750,000 of funding from the state of Connecticut. Guests of the benefit night will enjoy b.good’s fresh, locally sourced food in a casual, family friendly setting, games for kids and live entertainment.
The benefit night will take place at 342 Greenwich Avenue from 5 to 9 p.m. b.good believes that businesses should help make the communities they are in better, and this means partnering with local leaders doing great work to support those in need. b.good is proud to support Kids in Crisis as the agency looks to fill the $750,000 budget gap created by recent statewide funding cuts and continue to provide critical services to infants, children, and teens in Fairfield County.
Founded in 2004 and established in Greenwich in fall 2015, b.good is a Boston-based fast casual restaurant chain that focuses of fresh, farm-to-table burgers, kale and grain bowls, salads, and smoothies.
