The kids at Family Centers’ Head Start and School Readiness programs are getting a nice surprise before the holidays.
“Family Centers is the recipient of a huge donation of toys and food that was collected by W.R. Berkley for the holidays,” said Jen Flatow.
“It’s wonderful. Everyone’s morale is up. It’s a great thing we do and I like it very much,” said Roy Perciasepe, property manager at W.R. Berkley.
W.R. Berkley of Greenwich has been working with Family Centers to make the holidays brighter for families for 15 years.
“Everyone loves to donate food and gifts and toys for the kids in Town,” said Perciasepe.
Jen Flatow of Family Centers says the Head Start and School Readiness programs service some of the lowest income families in Greenwich.
“Any extra help we can provide them during the holidays is greatly appreciated. The children are going to be ecstatic when they see what’s coming their way,” said Flatow.
W.R. Berkley also did a food drive back in November for Thanksgiving.
