On Saturday, Dec. 12, the Banksville Community House will host its annual Toys for Tots event. Please bring new, unwrapped toys or a check made out to Toys for Tots in any amount. This will help the United States Marine Corps make Christmas more enjoyable for less fortunate children. There will be will be lots of fun for the whole family with cookie decorating, coffee and a sing along. Santa will arrive at noon in a fire truck to pick-up the toys. The event will take place at the Banksville Community House located at 12 Banksville Road, off North Street, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
