Greenwich Ballet Academy Offers ‘The Nutcracker’

The Greenwich Ballet Academy will once again be delighting audiences with its 2015 production of ‘The Nutcracker’ on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 2 and 7 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 6 at 2 p.m. at the White Plains Arts Center.

“Our Academy honors the long-standing tradition of Russian ballet. This production offers the Russian Nutcracker experience not only with the excellent Vaganova training of our students, but with artistic details, like a replica of the original Mariinsky theatre backdrop, and a Russian character dance with beautiful authentic costumes. It is sure to please and offer a unique experience,” said Marisol Rivera Thurman, President and Chairman of the Board for Greenwich Ballet Academy.The White Plains Arts Center is located at 11 City Place, third floor, White Plains, N.Y.
