Kids in Crisis Welcomes New Members To Its Board of Directors

Kids in Crisis announced its new class to the Board of Directors.

M. Briggs Forelli is President and CEO of Precision Gear Inc., a privately held Aerospace gear & shaft Manufacturer supplying parts for the engine OEM’s in the aerospace industry; the company is located in College Point, N.Y.

Briggs has been a member of the annual Kids in Crisis golf tournament fund-raiser, Kids Challenge, since the early days of the tournament and was Co-Chair of this year’s tournament. He is also a member of the American Gear Manufacturers Association, the Aerospace Industry Association – Executive Council and the Young Presidents Organization, Fairchester Chapter. He lives in Darien with his wife and two children.

Stanley A. Galanski has been President of The Navigators Group, Inc. an international specialty insurance holding company headquartered in Stamford, since 2002 and Chief Executive Officer since 2003.

Stan is actively involved in the community and has been a long-time member of the Kids in Crisis Navigators Stamford KIC IT Triathlon Committee, having his company take the title sponsorship of the event. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Property Casualty Insurance Association of America; Board of Overseers of St. John’s University School of Risk Management and Insurance; and Board of St. Joseph Parenting Center. Stan lives in Ridgefield with his wife, and has three adult children.

Aimee Tusa is actively involved with many community organizations including the Newcomers Club of New Canaan, the Young Women’s League, First Presbyterian Nursery School and East Elementary School in New Canaan. Prior to this, she spent much of her career working for companies such as Calvin Klein, Estee Lauder and Harper’s Bazaar.

Aimee co-chaired the very successful Kids in Crisis Spring Fling last year, and will be working on this year’s gala as well. Aimee and her husband live in New Canaan with their three children.
