Dolores Wood, a lifelong Greenwich resident, died on Oct. 29 at the age of 72.
She was born on March 20, 1943 to Thomas and Margaret Gattuso in Greenwich, and she graduated from Greenwich High School.
Dolores is survived by her children Kimberly Wood, Gary Wood, Jr., Jeffrey Wood, and Kristin Wood. She is also survived by her grandchildren Alex Peeler, Katelyn Francis, Isabella Margaret, and Derek Jayden Wood, and by her sister, Carol Gattuso.
Dolores was predeceased by her brother, Tony Gattuso.
Visitation was held yesterday at Castiglione Funeral Home, and a funeral Mass will be held this morning, Nov. 6, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 178 Greenwich Avenue. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, 399 North Street.
