Brunswick School Soccer Unloads on Cheshire Academy 6-0

The Brunswick School soccer team remained undefeated and improved to 6-0 following a 6-2 rout of visiting Cheshire Academy.

Freshman Will Sands led the way with two goals, one in the second minute and the other in the 23rd minute. Both the goals were assisted by his twin brother James Sands. Senior Sal Lopez added a goal in the 15th minute off a free kick from 20 yards out, while teammate Nick DeSalvo took the ball from senior Grant Quackenbush at the 28th minute and tallied a goal.

Freshman Dante Polvara got the pass from Lopez and scored in the 70th minute, while freshman Thomas Foley found the back of the net in the 87th minute with an assist from senior Jack Stephenson.

Goalkeepers Will Salomon and Wilson Stephenson split duties in net, with Stephenson making five saves in the winning effort.
