Ready to push your limits? Come tri at the YMCA of Greenwich! Join us for the 2025 Flag Day Triathlon on Saturday, June 14.
This indoor triathlon eliminates distractions so you can focus on the challenge and power through a 0.5-mile swim, 12-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run.
Just like the flag, we’re sure you’ll rise to the occasion. Plus, it’s all for a great cause! Every dollar raised will directly support YMCA of Greenwich programs that strengthen the community.
This event is open to the community—both members and non-members of the YMCA of Greenwich alike.
