Warblers & Neotropical Migrants Workshop

May 8, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

$35

Celebrate World Migratory Bird Day by learning about the colorful champion bird travelers filling our springtime with song and color! Warblers are our most colorful spring visitors and often the most sought-after birds as they journey northward to their summer breeding grounds. Join naturalist Ryan MacLean for an introductory outdoor lecture on the life histories of these beautiful birds and learn how to identify the 20+ species that pass-through Connecticut each May. Then, we will venture outside to look for warblers and other spring migrants on our trails.

This IN-PERSON program has a LIMITED CAPACITY OF PARTICIPANTS and will be held entirely outdoors. All participants are required to wear a face mask covering for the duration of the program. Pre-registration is required.
