Conservative Member of Parliament, Government minister, writer and academic Jesse Norman will discuss the economic and political landscape of the United Kingdom today. Brexit, the pandemic, technology and the shifting nature of international politics have changed the game, creating serious challenges and huge long term opportunities.

Jesse Norman was elected to Parliament for Hereford and South Herefordshire in 2010. He was appointed Financial Secretary to the Treasury in 2019, and is responsible for tax and customs policy, trade and tariffs policy, border readiness, and the national infrastructure strategy, among other things. Before that he was Paymaster General and held ministerial office in the Department for Transport and the Business Department.
