Teen Dating Violence

Join Beth O’Malley as she  discusses how the YNet program at Greenwich High School reaches out to teenagers in regards to education, prevention, and assistance in regard to teenage dating violence.
Teenage dating violence is a form of domestic violence that affects there were teams emotionally, physically, and developmentally. It is crucial to intervene with young adults so that a high school or middle school dating experience does not lead to a lifetime of accepting unacceptable behaviors in the young person’s future relationships.
Our speakers will include:
Yajaira Gonzalez (YWCA based) Community Education & Bilingual Advocate and Mary Ann Belanger (GHS based) School Nurse.
In addition we are looking forward to interviewing three of the high school students on the executive committee:
Morgan Foster
Olivia Aly
Olivia Luntz
