Prepare yourself, family & friends for your upcoming spinal fusion surgery with this 20-minute video. It includes how to prepare for surgery, what to expect during your stay at Greenwich Hospital and how to create a discharge plan. There is a lot going on at the Yale-New Haven Health Greenwich Hospital right now! The hospital is offering a series of courses on all different human health topics with the aim of improving our community’s health. Programs range from Parkinson’s Disease support groups all the way to childcare classes, as well as one-time informational events on a range of topics. Most courses will take place as online Webinars however some events will be in person.
