Join us at the YMCA of Greenwich for Spin Out Loud on Friday, June 13 at 6:00 p.m. Led by Instructor Kati, come ride with pride at the Y! All levels are welcome. She’ll help you get clipped in and energized with fun music while you work up a sweat in a comfortable, welcoming space.
At the YMCA of Greenwich, we provide spaces where people can authentically be themselves. When people feel seen for who they are, it builds a sense of belonging that ultimately makes our community stronger.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get settled before class starts. Wear proper athletic clothes and shoes. For your convenience, multiple spacious, full-service locker rooms are available throughout the building. Bring water to stay hydrated if you’d like. We can’t wait to see you here!
