Sacred Heart to Host Two Home Games Wednesday

While the weather is chilly, athletics events at Convent of the Sacred Heart are heating up. Wednesday, the Tigers will host two sporting events. Starting at 3:30, the Sacred Heart swim team will be at the pool for a meet against Westover School. Both schools keep the competition going strong on the basketball court, as the Sacred Heart basketball team hosts Westover in their new gymnasium at 4 p.m. Currently the swim team sits at 2-1 overall this season and their last meet they smashed Hamden Hall 98-74. The hoops team sits at 3-6 overall and came off a 54-24 loss to Hamden Hall back on Jan. 15.
