Riverside Garden Club April Meeting – “The Vanishing Honey Bee”

The Riverside Garden Club will hold its April meeting on Tuesday, April 28 at The Greenwich Botanical Center starting at 9:15 am. Program starts at 10:45 with guest speaker Howland Blackiston who will speak about a critical issue for our environment – “The Vanishing Honey Bee”. Well known for his book, Beekeeping for Dummies, as well as being an expert resource for CNN, NPR and the Discovery Channel, Howland is well positioned to walk us through the vital role honeybees play and the threat they are under.
