Regional Hospice 10th Annual Golf Classic

Join us on October 4, 2021 at the Salem Golf Club in North Salem, New York to celebrate the memory of Brookfield, Connecticut resident, Bill Leverence.
Bill and his family spent the end of his life under the caring support of Regional Hospice staff and volunteers. Being a part of this fun and spirited day will help us achieve our mission of approaching death by creating human connection and honoring each patient’s unique end-of-life journey. Our golf classic also raises essential funds to support the $1.8 million that Regional Hospice provides annually in free, un-reimbursed patient care and services. (Rain date: October 18, 2021)
