Qigong/Tai Chi with Lucy

The Friends and Staff of Cos Cob Library are excited to invite you to an exercise class, Qigong/Tai Chi, with Lucy Gao.  Qigong/Tai Chi is described as meditation in motion with dance-like movements and often employing special breathing techniques. Both techniques are ancient and often practiced in China’s clinics due to their impressive healing effects.  Lucy was born in China and is a certified instructor in Qigong/Tai Chi.
