Pride Ride to Benefit Kids in Crisis Lighthouse

From June 17th to June 30th set a goal for yourself to exercise daily and donate to a great cause!
Ride outside or on a stationary bike, run around your neighborhood or on a treadmill, take your mom, dad or your dog for a walk, or run up and down your stairs. Do whatever you want, whenever you want, wherever you want!
All we ask is that you count every step, mile, yard, or stair, during the two weeks, share your progress with us on Facebook, and please make a donation to KIC.
