The Greenwich Conservation Commission presents Oh Deer! Managing White-Tailed Deer Populations in Greenwich. The third and final installment of the “Oh Deer!” series, focused on addressing the impacts and management of white-tailed deer in Greenwich. Featuring Dr. Howard Kilpatrick, Wildlife Biologist, Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP). Dr. Kilpatrick will present on white-tailed deer population management options, share best practices from across the state, and discuss the ecological and community benefits of responsible management. The session will also include an open forum for residents to share experiences and concerns related to deer in Greenwich.
