Dr. Lindsay Chimileski, ND, MS, RH(AHG) is a Connecticut-licensed naturopathic doctor, acupuncture specialist, and registered herbalist with over a decade of clinical experience. She weaves together evidence-based naturopathic medicine, plant and mushroom wisdom, and heart-centered healing to help people reconnect with their innate resilience. She founded Hawthorn Holistic Health in 2017, a family-medicine natural health clinic serving patients of all ages. A former botanical medicine professor for seven years, she now teaches through conferences, community events, and small-group programs. She is known for her grounded teaching style, deep connection to the earth, and ability to make herbal traditions accessible and inspiring. At the Greenwich Botanical Center, Dr. Lindsay shares her passion for local plants, seasonal wellness, and nature-based practices that support whole-body vitality.
