Join Greenwich Land Trust, Christ Church and Dogwood Books for an evening of exploring The Greenwich, CT You’ve Never Known. Time travel with historian and Greenwich native Missy Wolfe and discover the virgin landscape of Greenwich as the Munsees and first colonists saw it and gave it names. Learn our extinct place names such as the “Woman Tongue Road” for a path so twisty it was “hard for men to follow.”. Marvel at how revenue was scratched from rough Greenwich soil in perceptions of land use we’ve never known.
