Kids Will Create Paper Lanterns at the Historical Society’s Time Travelers KidStudio!

FreeKids will step back in time in the Historical Society’s magically transformed Special Exhibitions Gallery the month of August to enjoy making crafts and learning more about local history. Today, they will learn how to make paper lanterns. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The bright, cheerful Time Travelers Kid Studio space features a cozy reading corner with bean bags, a participatory wall mural, coloring pages, bookmark making, interactive games and a hands-on history cart!
The Time Travelers KidStudio is open during regular museum hours Wednesday through Sunday from 12 – 4pm, until August 31. There will be special themed programs each Wednesday and Saturday.
